I've led IT, engineering, and infrastructure organizations of up to 58 people with budgets over $12 million, from cloud transformations and data center consolidations to cybersecurity programs and M&A due diligence.
Along the way I learned that good technology decisions are really business decisions: about cost, risk, people, and growth. That's the lens I bring to every client.
Today I also lead the Technology & Innovation department for the Town of Medway, directing technology strategy, cybersecurity, and operations for Town departments, public safety, and Medway Public Schools. Public service sharpens exactly what small businesses need: tight budgets, real accountability, and systems that simply have to work.
I founded Padula Consulting Group to bring that experience to the businesses that need it most and can least afford to get it wrong. Based in Medway, Massachusetts, I work with clients across Greater Boston and remotely.
